How to Get Appointed with Our Wholesale Division
We make the appointment process simple and efficient so you can focus on serving your clients. Here’s how it works:
1. Submit Your First Application
Start by submitting an application for the client you’d like us to quote. This helps us get to know your agency and the types of risks you write. You can send your submission through our [quote request link or upload portal].
2. We’ll Review and Provide a Quote
Our team will process your submission and work with our markets to provide a competitive quote. You do not need to be appointed yet to receive a quote.
3.Appointment Upon Binding
Once you’re ready to move forward and bind coverage, we’ll complete your appointment. At that time, we’ll have you sign our producer agreement and provide a copy of your agency’s E&O (Errors and Omissions) insurance.
4. Ongoing Access
After your appointment is finalized, you’ll have full access to our wholesale markets and continued support for future submissions.
Note: We only appoint agencies when business is being bound — no upfront paperwork required. This keeps the process quick and easy for you and your clients.
